1. Warranty Coverage & Duration
Every 11I1 product like EV converted vehicle, or CKD/SKD manufactured EV vehicle comes with a 1-Year Limited Warranty starting from the date of purchase. This warranty fully covers any conversion assembly flaws, inherent technical faults, or internal manufacturing defects that occur under normal and recommended operating conditions. If it is a technical fault on our end, we will repair it completely free of charge.
2. What is Not Covered (Exclusions)
To ensure fairness for everyone, free warranty service will not apply under the following specific conditions:
- Physical Damage: If the product or converted vehicle has been dropped, fractured, or damaged by external force.
- Electrical Overload: Burnt internal circuitry, component degradation, or faults caused by unstable power supplies, over-voltage, and heavy power surges.
- Unauthorized Opening: If the product or converted vehicle has been opened or altered by anyone else. Breaking or removing the official 11I1 Warranty Security Sticker instantly voids the free warranty.
3. Service Claims & Shipping Protocol
If your product requires service under warranty or paid support, we follow a simple and structured logistics process:
- Shipping Responsibility: Arranging courier services remains the customer’s responsibility, whether the shipment is sent from Lahore or any other city across Pakistan.
- Two-Way Logistics Cost: The customer will cover the courier charges for both sides (sending the unit/kit to our technical division and returning the serviced unit back to you).
- Engineering Inspection: Upon arrival, our team will verify the security sticker, run diagnostic tests, and immediately notify you with the evaluation results and repair timeline.
4. Buy Once, Use Forever (Lifetime Sustainable Support)
Our core brand philosophy is simple: Buy Once, Use Forever. We take lifetime responsibility for our products and EV converted vehicles. Your investment stays protected through every stage of its lifecycle:
- Within Warranty: Free repair for any technical, assembly, or manufacturing faults.
- If Warranty is Voided: Even if the warranty becomes void due to surges or physical damage, we will still repair your unit seamlessly on a Paid Basis.
- Post-1 Year & Beyond: After the 1-year warranty expires, our support continues seamlessly for 5 years, 10 years, or even decades. Over this long timeline, your equipment will be handled through two phases:
- Standard Repairs: If a specific fault occurs over the years, send it to us, and we will repeatedly repair it to get it back up and running.
- Complete Factory Refurbishment: Eventually, after years of continuous field use and multiple repairs, components naturally age, degrade in tolerance, and lose original performance. When your product or EV converted vehicle reaches this stage (or suffers a major breakdown), a simple repair is no longer enough. You can send it back for a full Refresh; our engineers will overhaul the entire system, replacing not just the faulty parts, but also all weak, aged, and out-of-tolerance components with brand-new ones, restoring it entirely to day-one factory performance.
All lifetime services after the 1-year warranty period are billed transparently, charging strictly for the actual component replacements and basic labor costs.
